    Porch: Tables and benches under cover outside. During the winter, this space has a clear enclosure and heating.

  • Yes, pets are welcome in our taproom, patio, and all of our outdoor spaces. Please make sure they are leashed at all times and are well behaved. You must clean up after your pet.

  • Yes! We welcome everyone at Squabble State. Minors must be accompanied by an adult who is 21+ years of age. Must be 21+ to enjoy alcohol.

    Minors are expected to be well behaved and remain close to their supervising adult(s).

    NOTE TO PARENTS: Out of respect for other patrons and our staff, we kindly request that children supervised at all times for everyone’s safety:

    • No running

    • No climbing on rocks, rock walls, or tables

    • No standing on cornhole boards

    • No throwing of rocks

    • No yelling, screaming, or unruly behavior

  • No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted at any time. It is illegal to do so. If you bring outside alcohol onto the premises we will have to ask you to leave.

  • We have a rotation of food trucks on-site each week.

    If a food truck is scheduled, we encourage visitors to buy from the food truck. However, you’re still welcome to bring your own meal.

    A variety of snacks are available for purchase in the taproom such as chips, pretzels, popcorn, candy, sodas, and s’mores kits.

    Under Virginia law, no outside alcohol is permitted on the property.

  • Currently, the following are available for purchase: canned sodas, water bottles, Martinelli’s Sparkling Cider, and Athletic NA Beer. We will continue to expand our NA Beer & Cider selection.

    Filtered water is available for free in the taproom, and you can also purchase water bottles.

  • No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property - inside our out.

  • Please discard them in a trash can, not on the ground.

  • In our taproom, you can purchase our Dry and Blood Orange hard cider in 6-packs of 12 oz cans.

    We also do 32 oz or 64 oz growler fills of anything on tap. Bring your own growler, or you can purchase one of ours.

    Please note that alcohol purchased to-go may not be consumed on the premises. If you open cans/bottles purchased to-go while visiting, we will have to confiscate them and ask you to leave.

  • We encourage you to take home your custom Squabble State aluminum cups.

    However, we'll gladly recycle any that you turn in to our taproom team at the bar. Please empty all cups first.

  • For safety and insurance reasons, only our team can operate or move heaters. Go grab someone, and they’ll take care of it for you.
